        Ladies in the front office is cool but the management in cowgill is gross. They tell you "$15 a year increase" even had a sign out front saying it. I got a picture of it. But in reality they don't honor that. It's a 100% lie they tell you face to face but don't have in ya paperwork so they can raise 175/200 a year and tell you "don't like it, move" ask Ms. Angela H over in the cowgirl office specifically. That who I talk to about it. Last 2 year they said "were going to market price" na that wasn't the deal $15 a year increase. So many people have had the same thing happen to them. I think it's time we the people who got taken advantage of talk to someone about the qualifications of a class action. They openly tell people and have signs with the statement and then just decide one day we don't wanna and if you don't like it move. How does that work?

        Dirt , nasty, roaches. Apartment looks nothing like the model. It's a bait and switch and they have the nerve to ask for over 1000 a month and raise your rent on top of all the fees they scan you out of. Do not move here if you value your sanity, these people are evil. Never rent from cowgill

        Worst place I've ever lived. They must put people of color in different apartments. Because mine looks nothing like this for over 1000 a month. Steer clear of these apartments and anything to do with cowgill
