Merrick place is a fantastic place to live with great and helpful staff that help to build a strong sense of community.

I have lived here for 8 years and like it. The location is convenient for shopping and main streets. Maintenance is excellent and snow on the streets is removed quickly. Apartments are quiet and comfortable. I recommend Merrick Place.

My fiance Applied for her 66 year old mother to get an apartment. They didnt tell us this until we were DENIED, but they required my fianc alone to make 5x time rent as the co-signer. The average rent for a one bedroom apartment is $1100-$1300. So you have to make $5,500-6,500 a month to live in one of their basic 1 bedroom apartments. No utilities are included. Theres nothing spectacular about them. So if you dont make 1400/week before taxes, youre wasting your time. WHO IN THE WORLD MAKES $35/HOUR !?!? Thats what they require of you to co-sign for your elderly parent! Way to rip off an elderly woman and her daughter in over $100 worth of application fees. You could have been transparent about the ridiculous income requirements your complex had and just saved us the money and time. You should be ashamed of yourselves,
