        I always like going to the pool when I can however, When the rent was being raised and Making us take forced internet service even though we already had internet of our own, Staying here started to become less and less favorable. Had some fun times but With the current state of How raintree is right now? I can't see myself staying here any longer.

        Braintree was exciting for me when I first moved to Lexington almost 3 years ago. I do realize I'm not the only renter they have. But when my cabinet came loose and fell from the hinges while I was washing dishes and hit me in the head for the 2nd time. I'm not moving not only for my cabinet, nor me halting to buy a new mattress because of my roof leak and ruined my king-size bed. My toilet running for almost two weeks. My toilet and tub, my nephew Paris has Autism and the way the kids and some adults pick on him.

        Paying 1000 plus a month with roach infestation is insane I wouldnt suggest anyone rent here ! The staff care nothing about the roach infestation they just continue to send pest control and the roaches get worse or remain. Horrible place to rent from
