My fiance recently leased an apartment here, and i agree with what the other user stated in the essence of the apartment complex itself is awesome....his unit is like a brand new unit new appliances new flooring windows - everything. The manager, Sam is great, knowledgeable and professional yet courteous and seems to genuinely care about his tenants and the complex as a whole. However....the area leaves alot to be desired....a whole helluva lot. The second night there someone drove through the parking lot and shot at his and another tenants car, leaving 5 bullet holes in side of truck and shooting out back window. They forgot to give him a parking sticker amd he isn't home during office hours to go remind them so they towed his truck the following night at his expense. So this would be a perfect place to live if you could just pickit up and set it in a different neighborhood lol.
