Rand at Lansdowne Apartment and Town-Homes

Ive lived here for a few years now and people aren't lying about now hot water, it isn't consistent at all but here's my real complaints, whenever we lost power last year and I lost all the food in my house and couldn't work because my job nearby also lost power we were still expected to pay full rent, (which is B's) I have a two bedroom one bathroom I pay over 1100 a month for and it's hardly near worth it, plus a new "LMD" corp just took over and we got no heads-up or warning, also there really are roaches in the laundry room hence why I refuse to pay to do laundry here, also LMD gave us a two day heads-up to clear our cabinets and bathroom cabinets and get my cats out for there roach treatment, but seeing as I have to work I'll be at work the day of and cannot get my cats out as I have nowhere to take them and when I told management this they said I wasn't compliant and charged me 100$,

This property needs zero stars. Misleading and pushing people to pay a 295 fee that doesnt make sense. PLEASE Be careful when making the decision to sign a lease with these people. Everyone is not lying with the negative reviews they have. The apartments are not good at all and nothing is fixed for the high prices we have to pay. PLEASE go with someone else

id give 0 stars if i could. people paying $1100 for a $500 apartment is crazy. not having hot water consistently is crazy. if this was the last place available in Lexington, i still wouldnt recommend.

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!! The leasing agent says they have a 295 move in fee and CAN NOT EXPLAIN WHAT THE 295 is really covering just talking in circles. They have the ratings they got because they just want to take your money and put you in a non ready roach infested apartment. I repeat if youre willing to throwing away money then this is the place for you.
