    Reserved a car over 2 weeks ago with this location. Confirmation was made and was scheduled as a one way rental. Allie called less than 24 hours before pickup to give us an update that they were canceling our reservation due to their inability to let cars leave Kentucky and be returned at another location. Steven stated that its regional and they dont have enough cars to allow it. Neither thought that this was an issue (apparently if they were in the same situation they would just shrug their shoulders and move on). Their manager Henry called upon request and also had little care or concern as it is what it is. This location is poorly ran and apparently lacking in customer service and vehicles. Choose somewhere else to get your cars! The reviews speak loudly! *editing to add that the owner responded on here wanting information, to which I promptly supplied and no resolution or contact was ever made to us by the company.

    Booked my car a few weeks ago. Got a courtesy call the day before Im supposed to pick the vehicle up saying that they dont have a car that I drop off at another location even though the reservation was made weeks ago. Now stranded and vacation ruined. Thanks enterprise! All the manager Henry could say is sorry. I wouldn't bother with this place ever again. Not dependable!

    I would not recommend this business to anyone. Nothing but lies and more lies. I was supposed to pick up a vehicle on Thursday 9am. Guess what no vehicle. Promised it would be there Thursday 3pm. Guess what, no vehicle. Apparently they lied and then tried to cover up a lie then yes I admit a had a few choice words to say but nothing that wasn't true. I hung up the phone to get my self under control before I said to much. I called back and apparently they were ignoring my calls because of caller ID. Finally someone answered, kept putting me on hold. But I heard them talking about me each time they picked up, they mentioned me by name. I called them out on it and yes more lies upon excuses. I said I don't need lies or excuses just guarantee me a vehicle Friday morning at 9am. Guess what no vehicle Friday morning. By this point after more excuses from them I said can you have me one there Monday morning 9am. Of course they said yes. I arrived this morning at 9am. There was a vehicle and clearly I was going to get it. We walked out to the vehicle and was doing a check walk around. Then the guy kept saying their was issues and blaming my insurance who was paying for my rental car. Lies, then I started questioning the vehicle. It wasn't cleaned up. At this point he wanted to go back inside and check his computer while blaming the insurance company. All I was supposed to pay today was 50.00 deposit. He had a total of 192 there abouts. I asked what it was for and he told me for taxes and such. Couldn't explain what the such was. So with that being said I politely said no thanks and walked out before I lost my temper. I walked out and called a someone to pick me up at O'Reillys parking lot. I explained to my insurance company what happened and they told me all I had to pay was the 50.00 deposit that I would have gotten back the day I returned the vehicle. I told them I would never use Enterprise for a rental car company. I would drive out of my way to get one elsewhere. You clearly don't know how to run a business at the Leitchfield location. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

    Very Bad. They closed earlier than 5 and are not open on the weekends. Went in at 4:45 and the one person working there had already left. Definitely do not recommend.

You clearly don't know how to run a business at the Leitchfield location. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.
