        After leaving a message on Megans website for a home and property insurance policy, Megan called the next day and asked about the roof and said she would be out to take pictures the next day. When she didnt show up to take the pictures, I left another message and explained we needed a policy asap as we were doing a refinance loan and the bank needed the policy asap. NEVER heard from her again. I called KY farm bureau after waiting a couple days for Megan to call me back. We got a policy that day with KY farm bureau, and they didnt ask about our roof or require any pictures of the home. Not impressed with Shelter insurance brokers.
