      image Have tried to get ahold of Mitchell on multiple occasions by leaving voice-mail (because no one is ever there) and even stopping by during supposed business hours, both to no avail. We've had to call other agents (that we don't pay a lot of money to, like we do him) to get answers on our policies. Would give zero stars if able.

      image I am treated with respect at the Deep Agency. Recently I reported an accident and later had questions.about the process with the adjuster. Mr Deep addressed them by reviewing the process being followed reassuring me everything was being handled and my vehicle would soon be repaired. Allstate means it when they say we are in good hands.
