Machines are a little dated here so I like going to the Fort Wright location a little more. Here they have a little more options when it comes to weights, though.

Bear and Lindsey have been instrumental in the longevity of my body and recovery of my hip replacement.

Wonderful atmosphere. The owner is very kind. I had a great workout. & I loved the sauna! Prices are reasonable. I plan to get a membership & start going regularly.
