The car was fine that I had rented. However service was poor when dropping the rental off to be returned. I brought the keys back to kristen and she told me thank you and I was good to go. I asked if she needed to examine the car over and she again told me no. I felt this was untrue because I have rented from other enterprises locations before. I took pictures of the car myself for reassurance. I ended up calling etown location since the oversee this location were they said I was correct in the drop off procedure and took care of me promptly. Make sure she looks over your car prior to leaving.

Never at store. Seems they need two people working there because the young girl is very seldom there

I have had 2 pickups scheduled this week. They didnt show up on either. The first they called me and told me they couldnt do it at that time and would be able to at a later date. I tried calling them back to schedule a pickup at a later date and they didnt answer the phone. Ive called them 7 times over a 3 day span. The last 2 times they picked up and hung up on me. I was able to schedule the 2nd pickup online and they never called me and they didnt show at the time I put on the pickup. Im not sure if they are understaffed or what. I now have to go back to my insurance company to find a different company to get a rental car thru. Not a well ran branch.

This place rocks!!! The lady that runs the office in hardinsburg is top notch. She always helps me with any questions or concerns I may have. Nice and clean vehicles. Just love this place. If you need a rental, come see Ms lady here. (Sorry I'm horrible with names)

WOW, the girl that runs this location is freaking awesome! Best customer experience Ive probably ever had. Ive rented from Enterprise on a few different occasions and this was by far my best experience yet. She was kind, courteous, and timely. Somebody give this girl a raise!! Will definitely be doing business here again and will even drive the hour and a half out of my way just so I can deal with this girl (her name is Kristin).
