Gross! After long day traveling the last thing I wanted to do was clean other peoples bodily fluids off the toilet seat and the bathroom counter. I could go on but that should be enough to tell you to not book here. Rooms: Rooms are very worn- patches on all the walls, sink cracked, toilet going on and off all night, big gap all the way around the door.

So staying here was quite the experience. Ill start by saying the staff up front more specifically the woman who was there all weekend was great and did everything she could to accommodate my family and help us. The room we booked online was not the room we received. We booked the room where the jacuzzi is in the center of the room and we received a jetted tub room. It is not ok to advertise a room will have certain amenities like a jacuzzi and then it has a jetted tub. The pictures while booking were very different than the hotel rooms themselves. We also booked this hotel thinking the pool would be working as described online and the pool was not working and didnt look like it was close to operational. Last and most fun was how our toilet started back flowing for no reason at all. There was easily an inch of water in the bathroom within minutes. I wish I had taken a picture but I was too worried about the water flooding outside the room. Thank you to the staff and I appreciate the help, their kindness is the only reason I didnt raise a bigger issue about being overcharged for the room and nothing being in good working order. Rooms: The jacuzzi room pictures online are not the same as the jetted tubs the hotel actually has. These picture are very deceiving.
