Hunter Ridge Townhomes

Been living there for about 2 years. Previous management was good, friendly,responsive and respectful but once the place sold oh gosh can't explain how rude they are. Just wondering some people still able to live that place. Because of all of this I didn't even ask for my $400 security deposit back.

This place is a disaster. You will never get anything fixed. No one will pick up a phone. Every email you send will be replied to with some excuse about how its your fault. Leak from upstairs bathtub to downstairs kitchen? Dont use the bathtub. Multiple faulty outlets? Not an emergency and never fixed. Fridge stops working? Told it worked perfectly fine in another unit and we made a false call. Over $200 of our deposit was stolen by them for damages that were clearly there when we arrived. Too bad we were too naive at the time and did not make note. Such a nightmare.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Worst management ever. $800+ a month for a small, depressing apartment. I wasted 2 years of my life here. Save yourself the time and money, go somewhere better.

RUDE MANAGEMENT. Landlord threatens to charge YOU $75 if another tenant leaves trash outside of your apartment, (not in lease) or in the same vicinity. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease.
