        Very poor customer service experience, the employees answer phone calls and are quick to transfer the call over a simple question and some employees answer pretending they can't hear to just hang up on you,. I called last week too and the same thing happened. very incompetent staff.

        Id give the lady that worked there today a -1 star if I could. Very rude and unhelpful. This state is a joke and the people that work for it are too. They tried to double charge me for taxes owed that I already paid and then didnt want to tell me HOW to send proof until I prodded for the answer. Ill not give this state a single cent more than they deserve. They dont do anything to help the working people anyways!
