        This is undoubtedlythe worst experience ever, and the customer service has been dreadful. The management insisted that it was not their error when my wife's food contained human hair, and when we attempted to obtain a refund, they made it extremely difficult. Due to the fact that my wife is 18 weeks pregnant, we frequently visit Taco Bell to satisfy her desires, but we will never return to this location.

        I placed a large order online and there was a mixup with the system. The food ended up being ready 4 hours early and wouldnt be good anymore by the time I got it. Thank goodness for Kim and her team for eating the cost of the tacos and making me a new order later in the evening! Saved me a ton of money and a lot of hassle. Truly professional, and better service than you would expect from a fast food restaurant.
