        Had my breaks and roters changed out and was charged fairly. I dropped my car off in the AM, and it was finished before I got off work. Very friendly staff and they don't hound you to do stuff to your car that's not needed. I trust them with my vehicle repairs.

        I came here because of the other positive reviews and they did not disappoint. My brakes failed in Glencoe on Sunday after Christmas; had it towed to their shop and left it outside their gate. Spoke to them on Monday about it and it was fixed by Tuesdaty. The cost was in their quoted range.They only fixed and replaced what needed it; no surprises. I will be returning. Service: Brakes

      Hello, sorry you felt that you had a very bad experience. We try and make our customers happy, but unfortunately we can't make everyone happy. The issue you were having with your car was something that we could not fix, due to the shifter having to be programmed by the dealer. We diagnosed the issue, realized it was something we couldn't do, called and told you the problem. We always charge a diagnostic fee but we didn't charge you. Yet you said you had a bad experience? We could've charge you like every other shop would have, but we didn't. Yet you felt the need to leave a 1 star review to try and hurt my business. Anyways have a great day and I hope the next shop can fix your car.
