My nana has been waiting since Feb 11th for this company to get back to us. They have kept her car for 3 months delaying us saying the part is not showing up. I went and stopped by the shop and my nanas car has not moved, has a layer of dirt on it, they have been lying to us this whole time saying they have been working on it and just waiting on 1 part. They havent even moved the car!! so unprofessional and very upset. I will never use their services again and please take into consideration before using them. You will regret it. I cannot express my disappointment in this business enough. I DO NOT recommend use this company. They allowed my grandmas car to sit there for 3 months telling her that they were working on it and telling her she needed to buy all these different parts. On top of all that she was paying for a rental car. She was curious to see what the process was since it was taking so long considering she was only there to fix her bumper. When she showed up, her car was in the same exact spot as when she dropped it off with a layer of dirt on the car. Had not been touched one time. No work was completed. They took advantage of an older women and it is truly disgusting. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
