Neil Huffman Chevrolet Buick GMC Parts

We put a $500 deposit down to hold a vehicle we were wanting to look at and buy, at Neil Huffman Chevrolet in Frankfort, Kentucky. We drove 323 miles to look at it and they sold it the same evening we put the deposit down. Because the gal who took our deposit never processed it. Nice Then they tried to sell us a different vehicle, we wanted a diesel, they show us a gas vehicle they had to sell, for allot more money. Nope, not what we wanted. What we wanted they sold the night before, after we thought we had put money down to hold it. What's the point of putting money down to hold it, if they don't process it???? If it was a mix-up between salesmen, a simple phone call would of been nice, but no we drive all that way just to find they had sold the vehicle. We drove 5 hours, what a wasted day!!! Their people need to communicate allot better. They filled our gas tank for our trip back home, guess that makes up for it. One star is for filling our tank.
