About a month ago my fiance and I came in to look at a new vehicle. Right away Paul listened to what we needed and helped us get a beautiful new Ecosport. This wasn't my first time buying a vehicle, but it was my first time buying brand new. It was so exciting getting to drive it off the lot! The finance manager was incredibly patient with us in getting finances in order and answered all our questions, even multiple times to make sure we got exactly what we needed for financing! Crossroads has been so good to us with our other Ford, the service department doing top notch work and always being so friendly, so we knew we wanted to give them our business for our new vehicle purchase. Well I bought my handicap wife a truck from crossroad Ford in Frankfort Kentucky and it fell about after only one year my mechanic told me that they appeared to be doctored up I will never buy another vehicle from them wow it is cost me thousands to repair the damage mechanical wise of this truck and they also had the audacity to charge me for gap insurance that I chose not and told them that I did not want to have did not find out until a year later that I had Gap when I went to pay this vehicle off I called them immediately and they were abrasive and arrogant towards me in that there was nothing they could do and would not refund my Gap money so now it makes sense why my payment was higher than what initially was told I even called the bank and the bank said they could not do anything because it was up to Ford to fix this problem wow people buyer beware shop around for better vehicles
