        The vet office in Florence in my experience is rude and judgmental. One of the techs came out to the parking lot after staring me down and watching me from the door (I guess I was sitting there too long. I was taking a phone call from school during the daytime) and came out to tell me it was private property. THEN after (as i was pulling away) asked me if I had an appointment. Not anymore and not ever again. I was embarrassed. NOT a friendly environment. Hebron was awesome which is the only reason for the 3 star review. It would have been 5 if it weren't for their Florence location. Do not go to Florence.

        The veterinarians and staff are so wonderful. I have 6 indoor cats and 2 feral that I take care of. Today, we took Mulder (tuxedo) in for a lump we found on his leg, and I was put at ease by how they handled him. They were so kind to let me bring one of my feral cats, Ghost in (same day) with a messed up eye, and while there, they did labs and a flea treatment. The Pet Wellness Group will be the only place I will take my cats from now on.

        Dr. Wilson is always so kind and compassionate, and spends time explaining everything and answering my questions. I completely trust her with all of my pets' needs. Kayley is also very helpful and genuinely loves seeing my senior dog when I bring her in and follows up the next day to make sure she is doing okay. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are truly the absolute best!!

Our team is here to treat the dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, mice, and pocket pets of Florence, KY, and surrounding areas. Our services include wellness exams, sick visits, vaccinations, microchipping, nutrition and weight management, behavioral counseling, hospice, euthanasia, laser therapy, x-ray, in-house laboratory, parasite testing and prevention, in-house pharmacy, dentistry, surgery including spay and neuter, mass removal, foreign body removal, pain management, and more! We are open six days a week and look forward to meeting you and your pet!
