The experience was quite unique as they have seperate waiting rooms with a couch and chairs for us and my dog to wait and since my dog Finn only needed a shot update she took care of it right there in are comfortable waiting room! My Finn has anxiety with vet's so this has been the best vet's visit in his 3 years!

Arrived 11 am I was first one there. Another couple arrived after I did we walk up to door together. The other couple walked there dog around corner. The receptionist open door and told me I had to what in my car so she can bring other dog in first. She was very rude about it he tone. Asked if there another room we could go in. She yes but had to wait in car. I left canceled appointment. Will spendy my 500 at newport office. Or other vet not sure.

They are wonderful. As a premium member, i love the benefits of having access to PetVet365 at all hours of the day. Comfy waiting rooms and kind doctors. Amazing.

We took our cat in on a Sunday morning to get a second opinion on what was going on with him. We love our regular vet and Dr. Smith and staff respected that. They were wonderful! We especially loved the fact that there are no waiting rooms and that the exam rooms are animal-specific. Our cat LOVED his room and didn't want to leave when it was time to go! Don't hesitate to bring your pet here. The staff is kind, compassionate, and caring and the facilities are very comfortable.

In my life I've owned a total of 26 cats, 6 dogs, various hamsters, mice, and fish, a rabbit, and a snake, and because of all those unforgettable friends I've gotten to know a lot of wonderful vets. PetVet is above and beyond the best.
I've only been to PetVet twice and I'm astonished by the quality of care and customer-service-forwardness. I've never had a vet be so modern, so professional, so empathetic, and so reasonable.
