THEY ARE EXTREAMLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL BUT PLAY LIKE THEIR NICE. THEY WILL NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO RETURN YOUR CALLS. THEY WILL ACT AS IF THEY WANT YOUR HOME CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT WITHOUT NOTICE, THEN EMAIL U NEVERMIND, WITH NO CALL OR REASON! I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PROPERTY TWINS!!!! ITS ALL A SCAM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SELL YOUR HOME THATS HONEST BECAUSE THEY ARE THE WORST OF WORST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL. THEY SHOULD HAVE A NEGATIVE 10 STARS.     Can't really say good or bad. Contacted them to talk about selling my home. They responded via email asking some questions. I responded, nothing. Few days later got an email asking when they can see thr house. Again I responded. Nothing. Now I get 2 emails aday reminding me if I want yo sell my house yo contact them. Umm yeah, tried that.

Hi Mary,There was no lying involved as we provided a contract that explained if there was too extensive work needed after our inspection then we can end the contract. We are very transparent and if that part of the contract was of concern we would've addressed before you signed. Our contracts are created to protect both buyer and seller. After viewing just how extensive the work was needed to go into the property and it did not match the asking price, we released you of all obligations to allow you to work with anyone else to the amount you desired. We also did this at the start of the process, which saved you from waiting any longer to find a new buyer. We felt that was a better option than keeping you in a contract that no longer matched the pricing. You also explained how frustrated you were that the previous buyer changed the price on you after contract, therefore we did not want to do the same thing to you. Please take care and we wish you the best in your selling journey.
