Ben and his team are an outstanding group. Being from out of the area and needing to sell my aunt's house with someone I could trust. Couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent than Ben. We are first time home buyers moving from across the country and he was able to help us find a beautiful home within 2 weeks of actively searching/looking at homes in the area. He was very engaged with us every step of the way and coached us about the patterns and history of the area. When we decided to put an offer down on the home, he did his research and hit the nail on the head on the price point. We ended up not having to go engage in any bidding wars while spending less than we anticipated. We attribute this success largely to Ben. Would highly recommend!
