        The customer service was amazing. They went out of their way to help me locate a part for my stand up tub faucet, even had their in house plumber call me back. Dave, saved me from having to replace my whole unit. It is so rare these days that a company does not just check a box on what they say they will do. Dave really went out of his way, and said it was just his job, but he made my situation so much better. And really did go beyond what I would expect. I will definitely get my future plumbing needs from Magnus, because I know they will do what they say and make the customer happy. Can't thank you enough!
