It was acceptable. The room wasn't really clean, but it wasn't disgusting. There were gross stains on the carpet and couch, and the bathroom floor was a little sticky. The bathroom door handle was unattached on one side, and the main door looked like someone had attempted to pry it off. It was disconcerting. The breakfast wasn't great. The eggs were inedible, but the potatoes were ok. I did appreciate the gluten-free bread option, but it was right next to the regular bread, and there was only one toaster, so gluten sensitive people really couldn't eat it anyway. The hotel is right next to a train track, so I was woken up multiple times during the night. This was the worst part because I was on a long road trip and didn't get the rest I needed. If this hotel were priced lower and the train was made known, it would be acceptable, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs actual rest.

Bed Bugs & Not Clean Rooms: The room wasnt very clean. There was a white mystery stain all over the couch. Hair all in the shower. Even when they cleaned the room there still was hair in the shower and not my own. I was bitten by bed bugs every night, especially the last night. Also you wont get any sleep because the train runs all night and theres a fan in the bathroom that cant be shut off.

We had booked and checked into our room on line. Gina, the manager was kind to block off a scent free room for me. We were unable to pick up our key because the person working the front desk was obviously whacked out on something. Tried numerous times to contact the manager after we left the days following and they would send us to vm, which was full and finally just hang up on us when we called. Very unprofessional behaviour on the management side. We left the hotel because we feared for our safety and wanted to chat with the manager who would not make herself available to talk. After getting hung up on several times, Ive decided to take this to upper management. Safety: Tried to pick up our room key but the man behind the counter was incapable of giving it to us even though we checked in online. He asked for our information over and over. At least 5 times he ask our name and the spelling.He was shaking, acting very sketchy, confused and couldnt even find the phone to call his manager.The people in the lobby said it took him 3 hours to check in and he appeared to be on drugs to them and us. We feared for our safety and left.
