    I had the worst experience at this hotel. I had two separate reservations because on day 1, a single bed was only available. On day 2, I had to check out, take all my things to the car because because the hotel did not have anywhere for me to store my items, and then come back after 3 PM to check in. I came back at about 330 because the app said my room was ready and this was supposed to be room 326. The front desk attendant was the same person from the day before, and she assured me I would be in room 326, and that she put do not move on the reservation because this is the same floor that the rest of my team was staying on. she gave me a key card for room 222, and I had to come back to her to get the key card for 326. She apologized and gave me the card for 326. I went to the room and it was clearly someone elses room with their things and items already there. I am now annoyed because I have had the worst experience with this hotel, and the fact that I had to check in check out, was guaranteed a room, but given the wrong card, and now I was giving a card to someones current room so my reserved room was given away. I come back downstairs and she gives me the key to 222 again and I go back upstairs because I am exhausted and ready to lay down, and the maid service yells. I need 45 minutes to clean this room. It is not ready. I come back downstairs and now Im frustrated to the max And I specifically asked for a manager. The manager gives me a key to another room and apologize is saying that the system says they are clean when they are not. She offers no type of concession, points, discount on my stay, or even a free breakfast for all of my inconveniences . She just says I am pretty sure this room will work by now I am certain I will not stay another Hilton and I understand why I am a Marriott member because this is never happened to me and if it did, they would definitely care to accommodate me to make up for their mistake. This was a horrible stay and I will be leaving this review on every site. Walkability: Close to many restaurants

    There is NO HOTTUB! DONT BOOK if looking for a hot tub, they also charge for breakfast, you will only get very few small chocolate chips on a small waffle. Also don't even try contacting mgmt because they don't return your call or even email! Save your money and go somewhere else. They charge extremely high price for Medicore rooms. Rooms: Rooms are ok. But we was told the only clean every other day. So hang that towel and reuse it.. very disappointed Noteworthy details: Don't book here. Go to the other Hilton

    My room came equipped with the standard hair in the shower. Water pressure was low (both shower and toilet). The body wash container was empty. The thermostat on the wall didn't work. On the plus side, easy interstate access. Housekeeping replaces towels, removes trash, and replenishes bottled water daily. Front desk was friendly and helpful. (Update. Check your receipt upon checking out. I was charged for buying something from the market but I never got anything from there.)
