Ive been banking with them for years but I will be taking my business elsewhere, I dont like the limit I have on my funds, I am trying to rent a place to live and now could possibly lose it because I cant access more than 800 a day.

A great atmosphere and place for banking. The tellers are friendly. They learn who you are and are helpful.

Called to get a land loan and told they do it all the time in Louisville. Told to call back. When I called back they were very rude. I offered to open an account and just wanted to know the products they offered. They told me someone else would call. "John" was the most curt and offensive banker I've ever spoken with. "We're not interested in working with you and try to stay away from your area at all costs." I believe this is modern day redlining and encourage everyone to work with people who are more inclusive.
