Had an issue with there ATM declining my card yet still charging my card the amount of money I requested. It a sucked but weird things happen with banking systems some times. The major issue was with the service I received on the inside. When I told the teller inside the location she seemed quite confused which I understand, she tried to be helpful. But soon we started to go nowhere. Her manager started giving me the most vague answers. Then told me that the only way to figure it out was to balance the ATM. Let's understand, this isn't just $20 or $30 this was $500. But yet she didn't seem all to concerned with helping me figure out what happened. "Sorry, we can't balance the machine right now" okay so when can you? "I'm not sure" okay I can wait. After waiting 10 min she tells me that even if she balances the ATM and they see it's off $500 they couldn't give me the money anyway because I'm not a customer. She also told me this happened to someone else at the same location. Hmm. Thank God my bank got it sworted out for me. United Bank and their VP Melissa Lamont sure wasnt willing to help. She decided to sit on her hands and talk me in circles in a very passive aggressive manner rather take any initiative to help me recover my $500.
