        After visiting two locations in two different states FL and Georgia. Where they were extremely slow, unprofessional and just couldnt get right. At both locations they seemed to simply minded to complete simple task. We figured wed give it one more try. Needing assistance with 3 tasks this time and its true the 3rd time is a charm. A charm name Tim. He was polite, and proficient too. Completing all 3 task in less than 10 minutes. We are wowed NFCU should be proud to have such an incredibly dedicated team member.

        I just got my disability check to get me through this month and because I'm on a joint account, they took all of it. I have nothing to buy food with, I have nothing to pay for gas. They took all of my money.
