This location is kiosk driven for placing and paying for orders. Counter service ordering is not a priority.
The location seems to be soft on cleaning tables between customers.

Fast and friendly service. Food prepared and tasted as expected. Got the order right unlike the McDonald's just north of them in Crittenden Kentucky. Go here. Not there.

My fries were soggy and tasted half cooked. I ordered extra salt and it tasted liked they completely skipped the salt. Tea did not taste fresh today either. Very disappointed in my food today.

Manager only cares about drive thru times and can't even complete those orders properly.
No one would even look at the customers in the lobby trying to order. Food was also garbage after waiting 15 minutes.

Food was ok but the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I had never been through a drive through with two windows and accidentally pulled to the second window. No biggie, my mistake. When I told the worker he walked away and left the window open and I hear laughing. As I use to work fast food I understand, but then I hear "THEYRE IDOTS" clear as day through then window with the laughing. Again, total mistake, but when you're laughing about something at work make sure the customer cannot hear. I told then girl then she proceeds to say "oh" and close the window in my face. I wasn't confrontational or anything.
