Live close to this Mcdonald's no clue the what the hours are they change and just because they're open doesn't mean they are actually open for anyone but door dash orders. The wait is always long and the food is rarely fresh. Bad Mcdonald's not worth the 20 min drive thru wait to be told they won't serve you if you aren't door dash. Also ordering through door dash takes forever especially when they frequently forget to turn off requests.

This might be the worst McDonald's in the country. I've gone here probably 12 times the past year & a half. It's bad every time. And don't know why I go back but it is the closest one to my house. I guess I expect it to get better because the bar is so low. It doesn't. Get a new manager because the one there doesn't care about customers. I'm embarrassed for this person. One star for the location.

The service was the worst ever. Overcharged by almost $4 according to the sale sign in the window. Manager was rude, disrespectful and called me defamatory names. She told me to take my f@@@ing food and leave
She kept my receipt. When I reached the end of my limit, I asked for regional info. She refused. The only thing she said was her GM would be in in the morning. Our order wasn't even correct when we received it and she wouldn't make it right even though review read correctly.. They cooked it WRONG.

Front register says use kiosk. Kiosk doesn't have pyramids.
Food taste was garbage (shocker), presented even worse, no ice, seriously half the drinks were out. Just frustrated with the overall quality. I get it covid forced half employees to up and quit but there was plenty of staff standing around.

Drove all the way there, waited in the line for ten minutes to get to the speaker just to get told at 9:50 pm that they had just taken their last order for the night right before me and were only doing doordash orders. A car that had gotten there after me even got to get their order taken because they were in the other lane. Of course I didnt get mad or try to persuade them to still take my order As someone who has worked in food service, I understand the issues with understaffing and everything going on. Maybe still try to serve the customers who had been there before you decide to only do doordash for the night though. Or even make it a regular thing and change your hours to reflect the times you move to doordash only- at least then your customers would know not to waste their time waiting beforehand. I had a really bad night and really just wanted a drink and fries. Just a really disappointing experience.
