Pretty nice hotel. Tho they don't have free parking. But other than that very nice and in a great spot! Kids love the glass elevators.

Great location, clean room and nice staff!! Service was phenomenal, especially macarena(working at front desk). She was nicest and efficient person for all my requests. I will stay definitely, if I am in Cincinnati again.

Aisha at the front desk is incredible! I arrived after a long night of traveling and she greeted me with a smile. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and kind.

Staff at the front desk are usually very friendly and helpful - I want to mention that straight away. But that's about all the good there is to say. During the past two or three years, this place has really run down! The rooms have worn-out mattresses, broken showers, sometimes the heating doesn't work, and if you look behind the desk, behind the bedside tables or under the bathroom sink, it's appallingly dirty! They obviously don't do deep cleaning here, ever. The breakfast buffet is poor, not all the food is fresh; fruits are sometimes rotten, and what's worse is the service, with waiters and waitresses obviously not caring at all about you. You'll struggle to get their attention, you need to ask two or three times for some cutlery, sometimes they are just downright rude ("You want an orange juice? Why didn't you tell me when I was here before?"). Rooms: Not very clean, with worn-out furniture, mouldy bathroom with broken fixtures, generally pretty uncomfortable. Nearby activities: The stadium, with a few restaurants, bars and cafes is about 10 minutes walk away. Walkability: To reach downtown, you need to either take the bus, or walk about 20 minutes. Food & drinks: The bar serves drinks and some foods at average prices. There is a convenience shop, operated by the receptionists, who are very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet, however, is bad, with unfriendly and unwilling staff.
