Newer home owners: just wanted to see how the foundation is holding up on our over 100 year old home, since cracks have been forming and we know practically nothing about foundation. Within a day of inquiry, Wayne came out to look at the property; he only took about 15 minutes, noted everything he saw and explained to me in laymans terms how to go about fixing those without breaking the bank. After walking the property, Wayne didnt do a sales pitch, he didnt do the fear tactics, he went back over what to watch for and the priority of them. I really appreciate how straight forward and helpful he was, and if we do end up needing foundation work done, I will be using Foundation Solutions of NKY. Thanks Wayne!

Initially responsive however the owner then wanted me to pay to move up on the schedule having never seen the job wound up going with another company as this company never returned my second message about being willing to wait and having to get the whole Foundation done

I will give them a star just because he did answer the phone. He answered very unprofessional and said he would call me back. That was the last I word I heard from him.
