Good luck if u rent from these people. Shoddy patch jobs. Unresolved issues. Rude. Trust u aren't the only person that rents from them and they make u VERY aware of it. Stay away, they will rip u off.

We are renters with this company (CJB Management) and have been tenants at the same property for over 10 years now. They only care about money. There was a tree on our rental property that was broken and needed to be cut down to prevent further damage, however, it was not taken care of. Therefore, raccoons used it as a direct route to invade our roof. Nothing was done with exception of them setting a cage trap on top of our roof. Finally a raccoon fell in into our house through the ceiling and the patch job they did on the ceiling was horrible. Our air does not work properly, we our expected to clean our own gutters, do some of our own landscaping, remove our own snow from the paved driveway that is the only access to our house as well as 5 other houses. They do nothing for their tenants except increase the rent. When we moved in we paid $895 a month and now they want us to pay $1695 a month. Please do not rent from this company!!!
