        Bought a new phone from Cricket store. I lost a lot of my contacts. I don't understand new phone because I'm a senior citizen and have no idea how to navigate it. Ive asked for help and l believe the owner Ken Morgan of local store in Elsmere Ky is only interested in $$$$ and not customer service.

        I really do like cricket wireless. They are dependable when it comes to not dropping calls and always having internet service. The employees are always friendly and willing to help out with any questions or problems I might have. My only problem is when someone can't call me because I forget to pay my bill and my phone is completely shut down. At least with most phone companies you can still receive calls. Cricket wireless shuts you completely. Very embarrassing when people I work for or friends know I didn't pay my bill. I forget sometimes and I'm sure a lot of people do.
