Lemme just start off with the 5 stars go to Karime and not the other lady who works there when karime is not available. So my bill was due on the 18th of this month and I had been so busy thru the week I honestly had forgotten to make my payment. As I had just paid my other phone bill i literally straight up forgot to pay my cricket bill. So on the 19th I visit this location. Hoping to be assisted by karime but she was off that day. Instead I got the other chick with glasses and a bad attitude. Upon entering the store she was sitting in the chairs at the table in the middle of the store watching tik tok. I told her I just needed to make a bridge pay. She then proceeded to tell me that since I didnt make my payment on its due date or make a bridge payment before my phone was cut off that I was going to have to pay the whole 73.00 to turn my phone back on. And that it was impossible to make a bridge payment. She noticed the large sum of money I had in hand and just assumed that since I had the money(which I couldve paid the whole bill. But I had other things to handle like first month and deposit at this apartment) I should pay the bill. She was very rude on top of that so I just left the store. Today I get a text from cricket saying that Im able to make a bridge pay even after my phone was suspended. Which I did. But my thing is. Why lie and tell me I cant make the payment when clearly I was able too. Worse customer service ever. But karime. Is the best. Thats all.
