    Was just called a liar multiple times literally said "you're a liar" from a manager named John. Over a LG fry that had been left out of an order. My husband went and picked me up dinner since I was working. When I noticed I immediately called and told the issue said I would be there around d 10 since I was stuck at work, he said okay "what time will you be here" I again stated 10. Got off work,, Pulled in told them I was there for the large fry, told me to pull around. Pulled to second window and manager John insisted he had not spoke with anyone, yet I showed him the call on my phone. 30seconds we were on the phone. He then proceeded to tell me" maybe that's how long you let it ring". Kept insisting I was lying. Horrible service you don't even get what you pay for and then get treated poorly.

    I just want to say that this location has a lot of young people, maybe their 1st jobs, in the evenings. That being said, I have ALWAYS received service with a smile, ALWAYS received a thank you along with a wish to have a great day and come back. And when I say ALWAYS, it comes even after I have witnessed people (who should know better) yell at, even cuss at, these kids who are trying to hand out fast service! Yes, mistakes happen. This is fast food and HUMANS work here, and they will make mistakes. I have never had a problem that wasn't fixed if I treated all involved with respect. I also want to commend the managers for always treating their teams in a respectful manner! Great job!

    I don't recommend. We asked for a couple sandwiches, a drink and some fries. We didn't get the medium fry or the drink, they would not give it to us.They were being very rude when we tried to get the food that we paid for. 0/10 don't recommend.

    Ordered a Quarter pounder and it was awful! It was one of those pre-made frozen round patties that had a strong freezer burnt taste.

    I would like to speak to either Tom or Paul about the manager Michelle at the Central City, Kentucky store. Refused to serve me through the drive-thru because I asked her a question. I ask why when I was told that they would be right with me, so I waited, now,I'm the only car in drive-thru. 2 other vehicles pull up in the other lane. I'm still waiting to order and the next thing I know the 2 vehicles ordered their food. I had to yell in the speaker to let them know that I was still waiting. That's what I was asking her about and she told me that's how it works and then told the cashier to refuse to take my order and money and told me to take my service some where else and slammed the window closed. I demand that she be terminated immediately !!! I don't think Tom or Paul is aware of what's going on in this store.
