        Room was clean but it smelled like wet dog. Pool is a little small and no hot tub. Breakfast had a good selection of foods.

        I reserved a room with 2 queen beds because we have a family of 5. When we arrived, we were given room keys only to discover the room had only 1 king bed. The clerk said because they were at capacity, he couldnt give us a different room. Best he could do was give us some blankets. We asked for a refund, but he said he had no authority to issue a refund. What on earth? They have only one person working the desk and he has no authority to do anything other than check in. We had to stay at another hotel and are now dealing with Hilton customer service trying to get a refund. Terrible experience!!!

        Great location, quick drive to all the caves and attractions. Room was clean, pool was great, hot breakfast was awesome. When we come back to Cave City, we'll be staying here again.
