        Only one person to check bags for departure. The was terrible due to it. How can that poor guy even have a restroom break if there's over 100 people waiting.

        I continuously receive a string of flight delays every time I fly with Frontier, some of which are several hours after my initial flight time. There is no accountability, pride or sense of customer service with this airline.
