We bought our house three years ago and we have been living with little air conditioning in the summer and little to no heat in winter. I was impressed with them when Jake came out and did our estimate. He actually took time and measured every room in the house and went back put everything in his computer and came back and told us what we needed. From day one of the installation everyone that has came out to our house was very professional. I will recommend you all to anyone. Thank you for giving us our house back.

I had a great experience with Greenwood Heating & Cooling. They had provided my mother a quote for her AC unit, and they were so professional and friendly that she recommended them to me when I needed to get my AC system checked out for the spring. It was easy to set up an appointment. Brandon was exactly on time, very friendly and professional. He serviced both our units, cleaned our air filters, and took care of an issue with an ancient electric filter that was a potential fire hazard. He explained everything about our two AC systems and made recommendations for what we should consider for the future. When I asked him about some services I had heard about (UV lights in the AC to help purify air quality), he provided me with info, a pamphlet, and was not at all pushy. Just said to call if we wanted to get it installed. I'm glad to know I've got a reliable company in town for my heating and cooling needs and will definitely use them again!

Their commitment to excellence was evident, preferring to take the necessary time to ensure the job was done correctly rather than rushing through to completion. Dustin and Jake R co-teamed on our home in getting us a new HVAC system and upgrading the ductwork, drain pan, thermostat, etc.,.. they both did an outstanding job, for which we are very pleased. Courteous, helpful, thorough, an eye for details and professional. I recommend them whole heartedly.
