We were assured that they would work with our home warranty company when they came out to work on our AC, but when the home warranty company had questions about the bill, Dial First stopped answering and returning calls from both us and the home warranty company, and never provided the info required for our warranty to cover the repair.  They did, however, have the time to send the bill to collections.  The collections agency and our home warranty company were able to resolve the issue within a week once it was handed over to collections.  I didn't think I'd ever prefer working with a collections agency over another business, but Dial First's front office was the worst we've ever come across.  And no, the "repair" didn't fix our HVAC system either.
