Armory Lofts

When we first moved into these condos we thought it would be a safe place for our first home here. Unfortunately weve had more restless nights than peace in this neighborhood. Be weary of neighbors bringing ALL KINDS OF people in and out at all hours. Loud most nights so be ready to lose some sleep some nights. Other than that the management here was inefficient and careless. I reported some damage and concerns on some strange stains found on the walls and not once did management come take a look. For how high cost these condos are you would think management would care more. AND NO AMENTIES AT ALL?? What are we paying all these extras costs for?

I stayed here for a while and management is shady, they will lie to make themselves look good. I would not recommend this place if you are a person of color. I dont feel like management respects everyone equally.

Beautiful, historic building in the heart of downtown Bowling Green. We loved that it was within walking distance of fantastic restaurants. Amazing hospitality and a true gem! We will stay again for sure - its the perfect mix of modern industrial and historic beauty. You cant beat the location!
