If I can I would rate them ZERO star since this is the worst apartment ever with terrible management!!! When you ask whether you can change the light bulbs yourself when they are out, the management staff told you that you can NOT and the maintenance guy would do that for you. When it happens again, after you submit a request, they replied that No one would do that for you because it's your own responsibility and you would be charged if any light bulb is out when your lease is due or you are moving out. They tell you to submit a maintenance request first when you report someone let their dogs pee and poop in front of your window. That's ridiculous!!! The management is a total chaos for this new community. If you live on 1st floor, get prepared to hear Everything, yes, not just noisy footsteps, pounding sounds, and appliance noise such as washer & dryer but EVERYTHING from you neighbor upstairs day and night. The noise level is unbearable. It's impossible to sleep unless the neighbors above you are all sleeping. Do not be scared or surprised, if you get woke up several times during the night just because someone above you has to run to the bathroom more often like Bigfoot. Oh, if you are lucky enough with a baby upstairs, you'd better get used to baby crying and the loud pounding sounds of throwing everything on the floor. Do not consider renting in this apartment community unless you enjoy the art of noise and messy property management.

Noise levels are horrific between apartments. No sound barriers between floors nor next door neighbors walls. Very bad decision on the developers part. If you can't sleep with noise from above don't move here. You will hate yourself. I too was quiet because I knew how bad it was. I hated having to feel like everything I did was being heard. It is humbling to say the least. Management company didn't clean breezeway, mow the yards, or do much of anything. This place is brand new and already going down hill. It is sad because this could have had a.lot of potential. The apartment is nice. Decent granite, decent flooring, nice layouts, but the noise is insane!! If you live in a first floor apartment get ready. It is coming and isn't necessarily the fault of the people that live above you. If you can live like that more power to you. It just wasn't for me and my human who wrote this review.
