Will never stay at this hotel again. The TV didnt work, the smoke detector light blinked VERY brightly all night long, and the HVAC had a rotten-egg smell from time to time. When telling the front desk about these issues they seemed disinterested in getting these issues resolved.

Only put 3 stars for service because when we went down for breakfast Monday morning they did apologize for the lack of food since they were slammed over the weekend. THe truck wouldnt be in until Tuesday so there wasnt much of a breakfast, not even regular sugar for coffee or tea. Wondered why someone couldnt run up to the Walmart right up the street and get sugar and some fruit? Rooms: Rooms were clean but a little dark. Could have some brighter lights Nearby activities: We were there for the Bourbon trail and plenty in the area to visit. Safety: Felt very safe Walkability: Couldnt really walk to anything Food & drinks: Lots of nice restaurants in the town of Bardstown Noteworthy details: Hotel was pretty new and very clean

Great location, very clean, and the staff is super nice. The first time we stayed here was for two weeks during the Christmas break and this time around, we stayed for 8 days for Spring Break. When we come back during the summer, we are definitely staying here again.
