Nice retro hotel near downtown and the distilleries. Rooms have been updated. Nice courtyard with firepits or groups to gather.

Had a big group staying at the Lodge. The staff was fantastic, the facility was awesome and we'll definitely be booking there again.

The Bardstown Motor Inn is doing the right things to bring back some history into the present. The rooms have all been updated and the Courtyard with the firepits and seating takes the experience to another level. We attended with a large group that basically rented the entire hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating and personable. Our group had amazing times in the evenings enjoying the Courtyard and night skies. The staff set up tables for making S'Mores. Each of the suites open up to the Courtyard so you are steps from your room. This is the place to stay in Bardstown as you are walking distance to top town resturants and to downtown, if wanted. Looking forward to being back and enjoying Room #10 again. Cheers!

Felt very safe here. I was traveling solo and skeptical about booking a room with a door that opened outside. Would stay here alone again with no concerns. It was quiet and nice neighborhood. Staff was welcoming and helpful, room was clean / comfy. I loved the full size conditioner and lotion - no rationing tiny bottles!! The room was also stocked with some other toiletries. I stayed in a queen room which was a good size for me but may be a little tight for 2 people. Had a wonderful dinner across the street at Toogies. Perfect place to stay if you want to have some drinks at dinner - its a minute walk back to the room. I will definitely stay here the next time Im visiting!
