Grateful they have a hand/wrist certified OT. She is knowledgeable and sets a good plan of care. Ease of setting appointments with her right there during my appointment to fit both schedules.

My experience at Advanced PT was excellent. From the check-in process, to the appointment with the therapist, to the traction and other treatments afterward, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent.

I went to Advanced Physical Therapy after a fall. Following Knee Replacement. Caleb and Ryan worked with me to strengthen weak glutes and gain balance. I am thankful for the support and team work. Highly Recommend Advanced Therapy

My doctor prescribed massage therapy because of pain around my knees that was affecting my ability to walk. Dr. Rikki Choate did not perform any therapy and chose to wrap my legs below my knees to the ankles instead; when my issue was around my knees. I was charged $125.00; which I told them was outrageous for not being given the correct treatment. The following month I received a bill stating that my insurance company was billed $300. There was an adjustment of $145.47 so Advanced physical therapy billed me an additional $29.53. Advanced physical therapy should have to return some, if not all, of my money for me not being given the correct therapy. They are THIEVES!
