When staff and visitors both complain about a managers attitude, something should be done. Not continue to let said manager treat people badly. Also, something needs to be done about late staff as some staff regularly show up late 30 minutes to an hour and act like it's nothing.

Nursing staff was super nice. The ancillary team was far and beyond what I was expecting. Everyone in housekeeping was really friendly. I really felt like I was among family. The kitchen staff was very flexible. Snacks were made available in between meals which really helped me because I was always hungry. The continuity of care was evident by the constant reviewing of my care plan. I had a private room with a TV.

The nursing staff was the best Ive ever seen. I worked in the medical field for 10 years! My Dad was always clean, nurses knew his condition in every detail before we asked they had a report. I would suggestion this place because of the nursing staff and no smells, big rooms!
