APB: OCD and Anxiety Clinic

I started seeing Krista around 2018 or 2019 and I can wholeheartedly say she saved me. Ive been dealing with Emetophobia my whole life and when I started seeing her I had hit rock bottom. What I loved about Krista was that she was very hands-on and made goals for me to set every week. There were times that I thought I wasnt strong enough mentally but she helped me every part of the way. I pushed through so many obstacles because of her and now Im in a much better state of mind and in life than I was before I met her. Now I only see her a few times a year! If you suffer from OCD or need someone to talk to, please go and see Krista.

Krista is the best therapist I have ever seen, and I have seen MANY. She takes the time to listen to you and figure out what YOU need, not what she thinks you need. I am so happy going here.

Krista is talented in working with many age groups specifically with BFRB and OCD. I frequently refer people to her and feel confident in this referral. I always receive positive feedback regarding Krista.

Krista is an incredibly talented therapist who works with anxiety, BFRBS and suicidality. She also integrates mind body work through yoga. I would highly recommend her services (and consistently do)!
