      image Drove 2.5 hours to exchange pants. There was only one poor employee working with at least 10 customers during what was Spring Break week with students getting ready for prom and wedding season gearing up. Many customers just walked out. Took well over an hour to try to do an exchange. Didn't have what we needed so I got a refund. Had originally paid for cash. Poor lady working barely has enough cash ( a little over $100) and had to give me a roll of nickels to complete the refund. The manager should be ashamed to leave the store in such a hot mess.

      image Dirty and needs to be vacuumed and cleaned . In the changing area especially . Disappointed with the lack of choices and has lost the ability to fit a customer off the rack. Have to order to get exact fit.im 6-5 , 300 lbs. Big and tall. Ridiculous prices and zero selection for me.
