Chad Vanderpol: Allstate Insurance

You know after you've had an agent for over 15 years and another 1 comes in it's never the same way, Your payment is late U don't have coverage on this 1 U don't have full coverage on this 1. Never had that problem before YOU got there. Sooooo we had to get another insurance,fast much better now. We are in good hands

I was a happy Allstate customer for 10 years. Mindy was amazing at handling all of our families needs. Then a few years back Chad Vanderpol took over and things changed. Now I have been billed $900 for a policy I no longer have and they cant give it back. Now they wont even return my calls. If I could give 0 stars I would. And I would warn anyone to go to any other insurance company or agent. You are not in good hands with Chad!!

If I could leave NO stars. That would be more accurate. This specific location is absolutely the most unorganized, and clueless with any issue, as only the office staff is on site, not the actual Agent. When asked to receive a call from the agent addressing issues, they could careless to address anything and put their office staff as guinea pigs with no resolutions of any kind. I have been with All-State 20+ years, and have had nothing but problems since this agent of Chad Vanderpol took over. Go somewhere else people. Not worth the hassle or headaches.

I had no communication issues when this was Marks office . I did not receive any notice whatsoever that Mark was retiring and selling his business . I was notified in Marks auto reply that he is no longer involved and to reach out to Chad . I both emailed Chad and called the office to talk to Chad and received no response at all . The only reason Im giving more than one star is because Tracy and Diana in the office are great and they deserve 5 stars . However receiving no response when youre having an issues deserves no stars . I hope this isnt an example of whats to come since Ive been with Allstate 20+ years . Cant say Im impressed with new office though .
