I would NOT even give them 1 star! Ive been going round and round with this agency for about 6 months! They call me once a week asking for the mileage on my Car then my truck and also on a car that Ive never owned. Ive emailed the mileages over as well as verbally stated what they are and STILL no one can relay that information OR put it on my coverage! I could see if it was once but once a week for 6 months?!?! I just found out they switched my coverage from full to liability without so much as a phone call asking or an email! This is the most unorganized agency Ive ever had to deal with! No one knows anything, all I get are apologies but nothing is changing and hasnt changed. Ive left this agency and will NOT be back!

I have worked with them for many years. They are great, they take care of our car insurance and our household insurance. They get back with us when needed and find areas where we can reduce our premiums!!! I highly recommend them.
